LEGAL

Terms of Use

Effective dateAugust 13, 2026v1.0

Effective date: August 13, 2026

Operator: Crosshub Co., Ltd.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of Crosshub Co., Ltd. (the "Company") and members in relation to use of the Travel Pass service operated by the Company (the "Service"), as well as the conditions and procedures for use of the Service.

Where a partner, such as a card issuer, payment gateway provider (PG), specialized identity-verification provider, financial institution, or transit-card operator, provides a separate service in connection with the Service, that partner's terms and policies may also apply to the relevant service.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these Terms have the following meanings.

  1. "Company" means Crosshub Co., Ltd., which operates the Travel Pass platform. Except where it has a separate contractual or legal status, the Company is not the issuer of prepaid cards and does not directly hold users' top-up funds.
  2. "Service" means the functions provided by the Company through the Travel Pass mobile application, including member management, identity verification, support for prepaid-card application, collection, and registration, top-up linkage, balance and transaction-history enquiries, and card management, and the provision of service information and related information through the official website.
  3. "Member" means a person who agrees to these Terms and enters into a service agreement with the Company.
  4. "Partner Card Issuer" means a card issuer that issues a prepaid card connected with Travel Pass or performs work relating to that card.
  5. "Prepaid Card" means a card issued by a Partner Card Issuer that may be used within the amount loaded in advance and may be classified as a registered or unregistered card according to identity-verification status and the characteristics of the card product.
  6. "Top-up" means the procedure by which a Member requests that an amount for use be added to a prepaid card connected with Travel Pass through a payment method supported by the Company.
  7. "PG" means a business that performs electronic payment gateway services for payment methods such as credit cards, debit cards, and virtual accounts.
  8. "eKYC" means a procedure for electronically verifying a user's identity using identity documents supported by the Company, such as a passport or Korean residence card, and methods such as facial authentication.
  9. "Partner Service" means a service offered by a business partnered with the Company, such as a card, payment, identity-verification, financial, transit, streamlined registration, or streamlined sign-in service.

Terms not otherwise defined in these Terms are governed by applicable laws, the terms of Partner Services, and generally accepted commercial practice.

Article 3 (Posting and Effect of the Terms)

① The Company posts these Terms on the Service's initial screen, a separate linked screen, or the official website so that Members can easily review them.

② A person wishing to use the Service must review and agree to these Terms during account registration.

③ The Company may record and manage the version of the Terms agreed to by the Member, the date and time of consent, and information necessary for service operations in accordance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy.

④ The Company retains prior versions of the Terms and provides a method through which Members may review them.

⑤ The Company provides important provisions of these Terms that materially affect Members' rights and obligations, including restrictions on use, fees, cancellations and refunds, and Member responsibility, in a manner that allows Members to readily recognize and understand them, and explains those provisions where required by applicable laws.

Article 4 (Amendment of the Terms)

① The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that doing so does not violate applicable laws.

② When the Company amends these Terms, it will generally provide notice of the amendments, effective date, and reason for amendment through the app or official website at least one month before the effective date.

③ For an amendment unfavorable to Members or materially affecting their rights or obligations, the Company may, in addition to the notice in Paragraph 2, notify Members individually by a reasonable method such as the registered email address, app notification, or push notification.

④ Where advance notice is difficult because of enactment or amendment of applicable laws, an order from a supervisory or relevant authority, an urgent security need, or another reason, the Company may notify Members without delay after the amendment to the extent permitted by applicable laws.

⑤ A Member who does not agree to amended Terms may terminate the service agreement and withdraw from membership.

Article 5 (Account Registration and Service Agreement)

① A person wishing to use the Service must provide the information required under the account-registration procedure established by the Company and agree to these Terms.

② Matters concerning personal information processing are provided in the Privacy Policy. Where separate consent is required under applicable laws, the Company separately provides the relevant information and carries out the necessary consent procedure.

③ The service agreement is formed when the user applies for account registration, the Company approves the application, and a member account is created.

④ The Company may reject an application for account registration or withhold approval until necessary verification is complete in any of the following circumstances.

  1. The applicant uses another person's name or identity information
  2. The applicant provides false or inaccurate information
  3. The same user attempts to create multiple accounts improperly
  4. A person whose Service use was previously restricted because of unauthorized use attempts to register again to evade the restriction
  5. There is a material risk of compromising Service security or normal operations
  6. Registration must be restricted under applicable laws or at the request of a relevant authority
  7. Another reasonable reason makes approval of the application difficult

⑤ The Company determines the age at which the Service may be used by considering applicable laws, identity-verification methods, card products, and conditions of use imposed by Partner Card Issuers, and provides specific standards before account registration or application for the relevant service.

⑥ If the Company permits a minor to use the Service, it may apply procedures required under applicable laws, including consent of a legal representative.

⑦ A Member may register or sign in using an external account supported by the Company, such as Google or Apple.

Article 6 (Member Account)

① A Member may generally use only one Travel Pass account per person.

② A Member must not improperly create multiple accounts using the same identity, passport, or other information that can verify that the person is the same individual.

③ A Member must not transfer, lend, or allow a third party to use the Member's account or authentication information.

④ A Member must securely manage the Member's account and authentication information and must notify the Company without delay if the Member becomes aware that the account has been stolen or exposed to a third party.

Article 7 (Identity Verification and eKYC)

① The Company may require eKYC for verifying a Member's identity, use of a registered prepaid card, or provision of a Partner Service.

② eKYC may use identity documents supported by the Company, such as passports and Korean residence cards, and methods such as facial authentication.

③ Account registration and eKYC may be presented as one flow on the Service interface, but creation of a member account and availability of a registered card or another service requiring identity verification may be managed separately.

④ A Member must not complete identity verification using false information, forged or altered identity documents, or another person's identity.

⑤ Technical verification in eKYC, including identity-document OCR, electronic-passport NFC checks, face matching, and liveness detection, may be performed through a specialized identity-verification provider used by the Company.

⑥ The Company may reflect a specialized provider's verification results in the Service.

⑦ The final decision on whether a registered card may be issued or a partner financial service may be used may be made in accordance with applicable laws, card-product conditions, and the Partner Card Issuer's or financial institution's own standards.

⑧ Details of personal information processed during eKYC and use of specialized providers are provided through the Privacy Policy and separate consent screens required by applicable laws.

Depending on linkage with partner institutions and the status of service provision, the Company may provide the following services.

  2. Electronic identity verification (eKYC)
  3. Support for prepaid-card application, collection, and registration
  4. Top-ups using Korean credit and debit cards
  5. Top-ups using overseas credit and debit cards
  6. Top-ups using virtual accounts
  7. Top-ups using partner pay services
  8. Card and balance enquiries
  9. Transaction-history enquiries for top-ups, payments, cancellations, and other transactions
  10. Support for card suspension and reactivation
  11. Support for lost-card reports and replacement issuance
  12. Streamlined registration and sign-in with external services
  13. Other services added by the Company

If the Company adds remittance, travel products, transit products, or another new service, separate conditions of use, terms, policies, or consent procedures may apply according to the nature of that service.

Article 9 (Issuance and Card-Use Relationship for Prepaid Cards)

① Prepaid cards connected with Travel Pass are issued by Partner Card Issuers. Applicable laws and the relevant issuer's terms and policies apply to card issuance, expiration, conditions of use, loss or theft, compensation, balance refunds, and card termination.

② These Terms govern use of the Travel Pass platform and do not replace the prepaid-card agreement between a Partner Card Issuer and a Member.

③ A Member may be required to undergo in-person identity verification using a passport, Korean residence card, or another identity document accepted by the Company or Partner Card Issuer when collecting a registered card.

④ A Member generally registers and uses one Travel Pass card, but the number of cards that may be registered may vary according to the card product and service policy.

⑤ Card activation may occur when the Member registers the card in the app after collecting it, and the specific procedure may vary by card product.

Article 10 (Unregistered Prepaid Cards)

① Unregistered prepaid cards may be sold through sales locations designated by a Partner Card Issuer or the Service, such as convenience stores.

② Registration, top-up, use limits, and whether identity verification is required for unregistered prepaid cards are governed by applicable laws, the relevant card product, and the Partner Card Issuer's policy.

③ Cancellation of the purchase of an unregistered prepaid card itself purchased at a sales location, or a refund of its purchase price, may be handled under that sales location's and Partner Card Issuer's policies.

④ A balance refund after a card has been activated, topped up, or used is governed by Article 16 and the Partner Card Issuer's prepaid-card terms.

Article 11 (Top-ups)

① A Member may request a top-up to a prepaid card connected with Travel Pass using the following payment methods supported by the Company.

  1. Korean credit and debit cards
  2. Overseas credit and debit cards
  3. Virtual accounts
  4. Partner pay services
  5. Other payment methods supported by the Company

② PGs, card issuers, financial institutions, and other partners may participate in approval, payment, and related funds processing for a top-up transaction.

The Company does not directly hold or safeguard Members' top-up funds, and actual payment and related funds processing are handled according to the contracts and applicable laws of the partner that performs that work.

④ A top-up is shown as complete when a transaction result successfully processed by a PG or relevant institution is properly reflected in the Service.

⑤ If a difference occurs between payment authorization results and actual balance reflection because of a system failure or delay in processing by a partner institution, the Company may review transaction information from the PG, card issuer, or relevant institution and take necessary action, such as correcting the balance or cancelling the payment.

Article 12 (Top-up and Card-Use Limits)

① A Member's top-up limit may vary according to the following.

  1. Payment method used
  2. Transaction limit of a PG or payment institution
  3. Member's identity-verification status
  4. Applicable laws
  5. Company's service-operation policy

② A prepaid card's available balance and usage limits are applied according to the following.

  1. Whether it is a registered or unregistered card
  2. Member's identity-verification status
  3. Applicable laws
  4. Card-product conditions
  5. Partner Card Issuer's policy

③ The Company does not allow top-ups or card use beyond the limits permitted by applicable laws and partners.

④ The Service interface or another method provides information enabling a Member to review before a transaction or card use the actual minimum top-up amount, per-transaction, daily, and monthly top-up limits, maximum available balance, and other transaction conditions.

Article 13 (Fees and Exchange Rates)

① If the Company charges a separate top-up fee or another fee in connection with use of the Service, it provides information enabling the Member to review the fee amount or calculation method before the transaction.

② Use of an overseas-issued card or payment in a foreign currency may give rise to overseas-payment fees, foreign-exchange fees, or other costs imposed by a card issuer, PG, international card brand, or another payment institution.

③ Exchange rates and foreign-exchange standards for overseas-issued cards or foreign-currency payments are governed by the policies of the card issuer, PG, international card brand, or relevant financial institution that actually processes the payment or cancellation/refund.

④ Unless separately stated, the Company does not independently determine and apply an exchange rate.

Article 14 (Card Use)

① Prepaid cards may be used at online and offline merchants in the Republic of Korea supported by the Partner Card Issuer.

② Payments at overseas merchants are generally not supported. Specific availability areas and scope are governed by the card product and Partner Card Issuer's policy.

③ Card use may be restricted for certain merchant categories or transactions under applicable laws, the card product, or the Partner Card Issuer's policy.

④ If the card product supports the feature, ATM cash withdrawals may be available. Conditions of use and fees are governed by the Partner Card Issuer's or ATM operator's policy.

⑤ For cards that include transit-card functionality, separate terms and policies of the Partner Card Issuer and transit-card operator may apply.

Article 15 (Merchant Payment Cancellations)

① If a Member wishes to cancel payment for goods or services purchased with a prepaid card, the Member must generally request payment cancellation from the merchant where the goods or services were purchased.

② If the merchant approves the payment cancellation, when and how the card balance is restored is governed by the policy and processing procedures of the card issuer or payment-processing institution.

③ Once the Company receives the payment cancellation result from a card issuer or relevant institution, it reflects the result in the Service balance and transaction history.

④ Whether goods or services have a defect, are returned, are subject to contract cancellation, or are eligible for a refund is generally handled under the transaction conditions between the merchant that sold the goods or services and the Member and under applicable laws.

Article 16 (Top-up Cancellation and Balance Refunds)

Cancellation of a top-up transaction and refund of a balance remaining on a prepaid card may be handled through different procedures.

② Whether a top-up transaction can be cancelled, the cancellation deadline, and the processing method may vary according to the payment method, PG, card issuer, and applicable laws.

③ If none of the topped-up amount has been used, the Member may request top-up cancellation through the method provided by the Company. Where cancellation of the original transaction is available, it is generally processed through the original payment method.

④ If all or part of the topped-up amount has already been used, whether the entire original transaction can be cancelled is governed by the policy of the relevant card issuer and payment institution. If cancellation of the original transaction is unavailable, the prepaid-card balance refund procedure may apply.

⑤ Conditions for prepaid-card balance refunds, minimum refund amount, usage ratio, fees, refund method, and processing period are governed by applicable laws and the relevant Partner Card Issuer's prepaid-card terms and policies.

⑥ Cancellation or refund of a top-up using an overseas card or overseas payment method is, where possible, handled through the original payment method. Exchange rates and the actual returned amount may vary according to the processing standards of the actual payment institutions, such as the card issuer, PG, and international card brand.

⑦ A card issuance or replacement fee may not be refundable if the actual card issuance or replacement procedure has been completed properly. This does not apply where issuance or replacement could not be completed for reasons attributable to the Company or Partner Card Issuer, or where a refund is required by applicable laws.

⑧ Detailed standards and procedures for top-up cancellation, balance refunds, and correction of erroneous transactions are governed by the Travel Pass Cancellation and Refund Policy published by the Company. If that Policy conflicts with applicable laws or Partner Card Issuer terms that must apply to the relevant card, applicable laws and the card issuer's terms prevail.

Article 17 (Lost or Stolen Cards and Suspension of Use)

① If a Member suspects loss, theft, or unauthorized use of a card, the Member may request suspension of card use in the app.

② The Member may apply to lift the suspension through a function provided by the Company, and the Company or card issuer may require additional identity verification where necessary.

③ Final handling of loss or theft, restrictions on card approval, and related compensation are governed by the Partner Card Issuer's terms and policies.

④ A Member must report loss or theft to the Company or card issuer as promptly as possible after becoming aware of it.

Article 18 (Card Replacement)

① A Member may apply for replacement of a card through a method provided by the Company or Partner Card Issuer where the card has been lost, stolen, or damaged.

② A card replacement fee may apply. If a fee applies, the Company or card issuer notifies the Member of the amount before application.

③ A balance remaining on the original card may be transferred to the replacement card after verification by the card issuer and relevant institutions.

④ Specific conditions, including the replacement method, balance transfer, and fees, are governed by the card product and Partner Card Issuer's policy.

Article 19 (Member Obligations and Prohibited Conduct)

A Member must not engage in any of the following while using the Service.

  1. Using another person's name or identity document
  2. Providing false or inaccurate information
  3. Forging or altering a passport, residence card, or material relating to eKYC
  4. Improperly transferring or lending an account or card to a third party
  5. Using another person's account or card without authorization
  6. Obtaining economic benefit through fraudulent payments or another improper method
  7. Disguising transactions as ordinary transactions, or conducting repeated top-ups or cancellations, for the purpose of converting funds to cash
  8. Attacking, bypassing, or accessing without authorization the Service's systems or security controls
  9. Interfering with normal Service operations using an automated program or another method
  10. Infringing the rights of the Company, a partner, or a third party
  11. Violating applicable laws
  12. Otherwise materially interfering with normal Service operations

Article 20 (Restrictions on Use)

① The Company may temporarily restrict all or part of the Service in any of the following circumstances.

  1. The Member engages in prohibited conduct under Article 19
  2. An unusual transaction or unauthorized use is reasonably suspected
  3. The Company receives a justified request to restrict a transaction from a partner such as a card issuer or PG
  4. There is a lawful request from a relevant authority, such as an investigative agency, court, or supervisory authority
  5. Service use must be restricted under applicable laws
  6. Urgent action is required to protect the property and rights of a Member or third party
  7. Another reasonable restriction is needed for safe Service operations

② The Company takes measures only to the minimum extent and for the minimum period necessary to achieve the purpose of the restriction, and lifts the restriction without delay once the reason has been resolved.

③ The Company generally notifies the Member of the reason before restricting use.

④ However, if advance notice would undermine the purpose of the measure or urgent processing is required because of unauthorized use, a financial incident, a security incident, or a request from a relevant authority, the Company may first restrict use and notify the Member as promptly as possible afterward.

⑤ Restrictions on Travel Pass platform functions and measures requiring the card issuer's authority, such as card approval or suspension, may be distinguished. Where necessary, the Company may request card-related action from the Partner Card Issuer.

⑥ A Member may raise an objection to a restriction on use with the Company, and the Company reviews the relevant information and takes necessary action.

Article 21 (Account Withdrawal)

① A Member may apply to withdraw from membership through the procedure provided by the Company in the app.

② If a refundable card balance remains, the Company may advise the Member to complete the balance refund procedure first.

③ If immediate processing of withdrawal is difficult because a payment, payment cancellation, refund, complaint, dispute, or unauthorized-use investigation is in progress, the Company may defer withdrawal processing to the necessary extent and notify the Member of the reason.

④ When a Member withdraws, the connection between the Travel Pass account and registered cards is removed.

⑤ Withdrawal from membership alone does not automatically terminate the prepaid-card agreement between the Partner Card Issuer and the Member.

⑥ If the Company supports a card-termination feature, the Member may request card termination from the Partner Card Issuer through the app. If that feature is not supported, the Member may apply for card termination using a method provided by the card issuer.

⑦ If a restriction on re-registration after withdrawal or a use restriction is necessary, the Company establishes reasonable standards considering the prevention of unauthorized use and applicable laws and notifies Members of those standards.

Article 22 (Changes to and Suspension of the Service)

① The Company may inspect or maintain systems, or change certain functions or the method of provision, to provide a stable Service and improve the Service.

② If the Company changes matters that materially affect Members' rights or obligations, such as conditions of Service use, key functions, or fees, it will notify Members before the change takes effect unless special circumstances exist.

③ If regular maintenance is needed, the Company provides notice of the maintenance schedule in advance where possible.

④ All or part of the Service may be temporarily suspended in any of the following circumstances.

  1. Urgent system maintenance or a failure
  2. A telecommunications or computer-network failure
  3. A system failure at a PG, card issuer, financial institution, or partner
  4. A natural disaster or comparable force majeure event
  5. An order from a relevant authority or necessary action under applicable laws
  6. Urgent action to prevent a security or financial incident
  7. Another unavoidable reason difficult for the Company to control

⑤ If a service failure occurs, the Company identifies the cause and takes reasonable measures to restore normal service.

Article 23 (Termination of the Service)

① If the Company terminates the Travel Pass service as a whole, it will notify Members through the app, official website, or another channel at least one month before the termination date, unless special circumstances exist.

② Where necessary, the Company may additionally notify Members individually, such as by email or push notification, that the Service will terminate.

③ If advance notice is difficult because of applicable laws, an order from a relevant authority, urgent termination of a partner's service, or another unavoidable reason, the Company will provide notice of the Service termination and subsequent procedures as promptly as possible.

④ Upon termination of the Service, card balances, refunds, and card-use relationships are handled under applicable laws and the terms and policies of the relevant Partner Card Issuer so that Members' rights are not unfairly infringed.

Article 24 (Company Responsibility)

① The Company makes reasonable efforts to provide the Service reliably in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.

② If a Member incurs loss due to the Company's intent or negligence, the Company is liable in accordance with applicable laws.

③ These Terms do not exempt the Company from liability arising from its intent or gross negligence.

④ If a problem arises for reasons attributable to a card issuer, PG, financial institution, or other partner, that business may be responsible under applicable laws and contracts. However, this does not exclude the Company's responsibility where the Company is also at fault.

⑤ If the Service is suspended for a reason the Company cannot reasonably control, such as a natural disaster or telecommunications failure, whether and to what extent the Company is liable is determined by considering applicable laws and the specific circumstances.

Article 25 (Notices to Members)

① The Company may provide notice to a Member by one or more of the following methods.

  1. Notice within the app
  2. Notice on the official website
  3. Email registered by the Member
  4. Push notification
  5. Another electronic method available to the Member

② A Member must keep important account information registered with the Company, including the email address, up to date using the method provided in the Service if it changes.

③ Matters materially affecting a Member's rights or obligations may be separately provided by the method prescribed by applicable laws or these Terms.

Article 26 (Protection of Personal Information)

① The Company complies with laws relating to personal information protection, including the Personal Information Protection Act, in the course of providing the Service.

② Details concerning purposes of processing, items processed, retention periods, destruction, entrusted processing, third-party provision, cross-border transfers, and Members' rights are provided in the Company's Privacy Policy.

③ If personal information processing, processing of unique identifying information or sensitive information, or third-party provision of personal information requires separate consent under applicable laws, the Company separately provides the relevant information to Members and obtains the required consent.

④ Consent to these Terms does not replace a separate consent relating to personal information required by applicable laws.

Article 27 (Partner Services)

① If a Member uses the service of an external business partnered with the Company, separate terms and policies of that Partner Service may apply.

② The external business is generally responsible for the content, quality, cancellation, refund, and other use relationship for products or services it provides directly. However, this does not exclude the Company's responsibility where the Company is at fault.

③ If providing personal information is necessary during streamlined registration or sign-in to an external service using a Travel Pass account, the Company carries out the notice or consent procedure required under the Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

④ If the Company later provides travel products, transit products, remittance, or another new service, separate conditions of use, terms, or policies may apply according to the nature of the service.

Article 28 (Complaints and Dispute Handling)

① A Member may submit an enquiry, complaint, or objection regarding the Service or transaction processing through Customer Support designated by the Company.

② Upon receiving an enquiry or objection, the Company reviews the relevant transaction information and, where necessary, handles the matter in consultation with a PG, card issuer, financial institution, or relevant authority.

③ For matters requiring processing by a Partner Card Issuer, such as card authorization or cancellation, lost or stolen cards, or card termination, the Company may provide the issuer's processing procedure or request that issuer to process the matter.

④ A problem related to PG payments, such as an error, duplicate payment, authorization, or cancellation, may be reviewed and handled by the Company and the relevant PG according to the transaction.

⑤ Where required by applicable laws, the Company establishes separate dispute-handling procedures and methods and provides information about them through the Service or official website.

⑥ Specific Customer Support contact information, email address, and operating hours are available on the Travel Pass Support page.

Article 29 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

① The laws of the Republic of Korea govern these Terms and the Service-use relationship.

② If a dispute arises between the Company and a Member, both parties will consult in good faith to seek an amicable resolution.

③ If a resolution cannot be reached through consultation, either party may use a dispute-resolution procedure under applicable laws or bring an action in a court with jurisdiction under applicable laws, including the Civil Procedure Act.

Article 30 (Language of the Terms)

① These Terms are originally written in Korean.

② The Company may provide translations in English or other foreign languages for the convenience of foreign users.

③ If an interpretive difference arises between a translation and the Korean original, the Korean original prevails to the extent permitted by applicable laws.

④ The Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure that a foreign-language translation conveys substantively the same content as the Korean original.
